This tour will encompass walks to the graves of several of the nineteenth and twentieth century's medical trail blazers buried at Mt. Auburn Cemetery.  The walk will last about 1 hour and will cover nearly 2 miles.  The terrain involves some rises and walking along paths as well as cemetery roads.

Dr. Magee will provide profiles as well as insights into the subjects' times, the innovations that they introduced and, in some cases, the controversies that they triggered.  We will cover 8 individuals.

Participants will also get to experience the beauty of Mt. Auburn cemetery which began the "rural" cemetery movement out of which grew America's public parks.

The charge for the tour is $10 per person and is non refundable.
